Dynamic and creative, our public yoga classes are designed to be accessible to all levels, welcoming everyone to this safe space, giving the opportunity to flow and feel their way through the practice.
I always offer ways to mix things up to make the practice more challenging and how to slow things down when needed. These public classes usually follow a theme, or an intention to provide an idea of the type of movements we would like to assimilate.
Always moving with the breath, you’re in charge of the speed in-which you would like to move.

This is your practice, your opportunity to work on what you want to and receive valuable insights so you can continue progressing after leaving your Flo-ti class.
Once I receive your enquiry, I will ask you about your experience, injuries/restrictions as well as any goals you may have. From here I will build a customised practice for you so you get a safe, progressive class with lots of flow. As an added bonus, after our class, there is an opportunity to workshop through a few asanas you may want advice with.

As a qualified mobility coach, I can asses the functionality of each joint group and build customised plans to increase movement in these areas. Maybe you’re a sportsman, trying to progress further in your field but you feel you have restriction in your shoulders which is limiting you or maybe you sustained and injury to your hip years ago that makes your desk job taxing on your body. We can all benefit from mobility work.
As we age, the temptation is to slow down, becoming more sedentary which in turn makes aches and pains worse and creates stiffness and immobility of our joints. I provide one on one coaching both in person and online to help unlock these areas of the body using science based methods. I take into account your profession, hobbies and goals to make your program achievable with a schedule that works for you.
By also utilising my experience and knowledge as a yoga teacher, I can also use asanas to supplement the plan, making routines that also increase flexibility. I believe its important to work on all functionalities to help curate healthy bodies that move efficiently.
